Once we've created your child's personalized therapy plan, we'll submit it to your insurance company for approval. This process sometimes involves a few extra hurdles, like extra paperwork or meetings, but don't worry, we'll be your trusty guides and keep you in the loop every step of the way. We'll help you navigate the insurance maze!

After we receive authorization from your insurance, the exciting part begins – scheduling your child's therapy sessions! We'll work with you to find days and times that fit your family's schedule. We'll also confirm all the important details, like:

Where Sessions Will Take Place: Therapy will happen right at home – your child's personal training ground! This setting allows for direct observation of sessions and facilitates the generalization of learned skills through the implementation of strategies implemented by the Sonder team. 

Your Therapy Team: Prepare to meet the elite team assembled for this critical mission! You will be introduced to the highly skilled Behavior Technician who will be providing direct support under the guidance of your Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
